Frequently Asked Questions

Checking in and out:: What time do I have to check in & check out?
Check-in is from 2pm and check out by 11.00am. If you cannot check-in until the evening, don't worry - our 24-hour concierge will be happy to check you in at any time from 2pm.

Can I check in earlier than 2pm?
Yes - you can reserve a guaranteed early check-in from 11.15am at the additional cost of $30. Please call Reservations ahead of your check-in date to book this. Prior to 11.15am, check-in cannot be guaranteed, will be subject to availability upon arrival and will be an extra cost.

How do I check in?
It's very simple to check in to your apartment. Where you have supplied a valid email address, we will email you your check-in details. Just follow the instructions, or simply arrive at the property and proceeded to the check-in counter at the concierge point. Check-in is available from 2pm; if you would like to check in earlier, please contact one of our Reservations staff on +234 (1) 295 4566, or (1) 775 5576. **Please do take advantage of our Relax-Refresh arrival cold drink complimentary for guests.

How do I check out?
On your departure, lock your apartment door and simply return your keys to the concierge/reception desk telling them that you would like to check out. We kindly ask that you leave the apartment in a presentable condition, making sure that all windows are closed and the appliances are switched off. The apartment will be inspected before your account is closed for check out. If there have been damages to the apartment, furniture or our equipment, the concierge will mandatorily bill to your account for same.

Is there a penalty if we check out late?
If guests check out later than 11:15am, a charge will apply. Should a guest fail to depart after 3pm an additional night will be charged. You can request and pre-book a late check-out. Late check-outs until 3pm are charged at $60.

How can you offer more than serviced apartments, plus some hotel facilities and services, at prices lower than comparable premium hotels rates?
Our properties are designed to ONLY focus on our target clientele. We remove aspects that add little value to these residents, thereby reducing our costs and the rental rates residents pay.
• Innovatively, we’ve some of our services flexible, so that residents only pay for the services they want and need. This keeps the cost of each guests stay at a level they are comfortable with.
• We specialise in long stay, so, the longer you stay, the more discounts you get
• We don’t charge per person up to the official max occupancy in the apartments unlike hotels.

Can we get food if we go out all day for meetings and come back too late to prepare a meal in our own kitchens?
Yes, menus from carefully selected close by restaurants, offering international and local cuisine for delivery, which they can deliver to your apartment are provided. Giving you a wider range of meals, and at cheaper prices than any hotel can serve you. You needn’t cook if you don’t want to. *We also run a small in-house menu with a few items, served in the pool side sit out for residents from 5pm to 10.30pm daily.

How do we get around the hustle & bustle of Lagos to Millennium
Millennium has thought of everything to make your unique stay truly elegant stress free and memorable.
• Relax and let us take the stress from you as much as possible. A car will pick you up FREE from the airport when you book and pay for any stay of more than 5 days. (1 car for 4 people max, per apartment booking).
• When you pay for your stay, our Executive Limo service will pick you up for free in Lagos, anywhere within a radius of 4km from our venue at our designated Millennium pick up points. Yes, we will send a car to pick you up FREE from the nearest pick up point to your location and bring you comfortably here to your apartment, so that your relaxation starts from the moment you put down your phone. Just; call, book our min stay, pay online, get to a pickup point and relax.
• Car hire services providers are available 24Hrs only a phone call away for your convenience, and their numbers are in your service directory in your apartment for you to use.
